Learn more about what and how BKA trains, and where we focus training for our members.  We are committed to providing a safe training environment for our members to learn, analyze, and excel in their study of martial arts.

Our Instructors

The Head Instructors of the Bushido Karate Association have each been training in karate for at least 25 years, each with at least 15 years of experience instructing karate, fitness, and self defence programs in the Edmonton area.   Our instructors are committed to creating a training environment for members to train in a safe, fun, and engaging way.

Our instructors are a phenomenal team of people who are excited to share their knowledge with our youth and adult members.  These instructors have a passion for karate and are always ready to get to work with our students.

Black Belt Listing

The BKA has been offering training in the Edmonton region since 1993, and has had countless students through our doors in that time.  Hard work and dedication to training over time can lead to a ranking to Black Belt by the Shintani Wado-Kai Karate Federation.  Listed here are all the black belts of the BKA.

Board of Directors

As a non-profit organization, the BKA is lead by an appointed Board of Directors.  These directors are tasked with upholding the high standards and quality of our organization, and continuing to innovate to push the BKA forward into the future.
